・【6061-T6】アルミビレットを10,000トンの高圧鍛造機にて加圧したアルミ素材を「削り出し」にて製造
・「削り出し鍛造」製法を採用することで、デザイン面でも鋳造ホイールに比べて軽量且つシャープな外観を実現
・コンピューター制御されたマシニングセンターを駆使し、鍛造されたアルミニウムを彫刻のように切削
・ハブリングを必要としない、トヨタ/レクサス車専用ハブサイズ設計、純正タイヤ空気圧警報システムバルブ(TPWS)も装着可能
・ホイール裏側にもこだわり、軽量化を実現、スペーサーのボルト突出にも対応した穴加工を採用
・純正タイヤの履き替えにも対応したサイズ設定

Machined aluminum forging process
About the premium wheel “TWF03”,
for the 60-series Prius.
■Product Features
The wheels are manufactured by “machining” aluminum material from [6061-T6] aluminum billets pressurized in a high-pressure forging machine with a capacity of 10,000 tons.
The use of the “machined and forged” manufacturing process has resulted in a design that is lighter and sharper in appearance than cast wheels.
Forged aluminum is cut like a sculpture using a computer-controlled machining center.
Hub size designed exclusively for Toyota and Lexus vehicles without the need for hub rings, and can also be fitted with the factory tire pressure warning system valve (TPWS).
The back side of the wheel is also carefully designed to reduce weight, and holes are machined to accommodate spacer bolt protrusion.
Sized to accommodate replacement of the factory tires.
■Design
[TWF03] Y-shaped spoke design with fewer spokes to reduce weight, suitable for both SUVs and grand touring cars.
■Color
[Gloss Black] A glossy black color that adds a touch of luxury to the sporty look.
